These terms apply to services and purchases from Praxis Partners LLC ("Praxis Partners", "we") through https://praxispartners.mx.
Services
We provide Salesforce consulting, development and managed services. Each request is agreed in writing (email or ticketing tool) before work starts.
Hour packages
- Prepaid hours are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Time is logged in 15-minute increments and reported monthly.
- You may request a refund of a package within 14 days if no hours have been used. Used hours are not refundable.
Monthly plans
- Plans are billed at the start of each monthly period, by card through Stripe or by invoice.
- Unused hours roll over to the next month once, then expire.
- You may change plans any month or cancel with 30 days' notice.
- The 30-hour credit applies to plans signed for 3 months or more, is used during the plan's first period and has no cash value.
Satisfaction guarantee
If the first 10 hours you pay for (on your first package or plan) do not meet your expectations, tell us in writing within 30 days of payment and we refund those hours. It applies once per client.
Free healthchecks
A healthcheck is a read-only review of up to 10 hours. It does not include fixes. We may accept a limited number each month.
Ownership
Once paid for, everything we build in your org, including code and documentation, belongs to you.
Confidentiality
We treat your data and org configuration as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Liability
We work with professional care and test in a sandbox before changes reach production. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the previous three months.
